I graduated with the great class of 1964. I'm still at HHS so really I never graduated. I have been working there for 20 years. I always wanted to be a school secretary and my dream has been fulfilled. My title is not school secretary but office coordinator.
I have two daughters, Julie is 33 and works with ALFA and Jennifer is 26, single and works at Holt Elem. as a second grade teacher. I have one grandson , Jacob and he is 23 months old.
I am a survivor of breast cancer of 24 years.
It is so great to hear from you. I get out that way sometimes. Next time I am near I will stop by to see you. High School was so much fun and I appreciate you allowing me to check in and out all those times. I saw Mrs. Moore last year at Homestead Hollow in Springville, AL. She still looked the same. Who else is still around the school working from the early 90's? Casey and I married almost 9 years ago. I cannot believe she stuck with me all those years. We have a little girl named Brooklyn (6) and a little boy named Trenton (2). He is trouble, but Brooklyn is sweet. I guess she takes after her mom.
Hey Wanda ! It was great to see you at the runion. You look good. I thought everyone looked good, and had a good time. Keep me posted on Judy Dowdle.
Thank you for all the things you do.
be safe.
Hey Wanda !
I supply the troops with many things to help them keep their equipment operational. (Hydraulics. nuts & bolts, all types of hardware the list is to long to mention everything.) You know most of the people never think about the freedom we enjoy. Freedom is not free. All the guys sacrifice a great deal for all of us. The next time you come in contact with a person in the armed forces
thank them for what they do.
I know things have changed with the kids of today. They live in adifferent time than we did. Life was simple for us and we didn't even know it. Kids today have to deal with alot of things we never new about, drugs you name it.
Tell me when the runion is in June. I'm not sure I know. Anyway take care, and I look forward to seeing you and others in June.
Hey Wanda !
Sorry it took me so long to answer back. I have been very busy with the Troops at Ft. Campbell, Ky. Glad to hear that you are doing well. Keep the kids in line. Hope to see you this summer.
So good to hear from you. I don't get on the site much these days but had to when I got your request. I looked for you a while back when I checked the site oftern but couldn't find you. I am very thankful to have had you in my life as a teenager. I know I was probably difficult at times, but I always had a lot of respect for you and still do. Glad to see you are still at the High School, close to retirment it sounds like. That is awesome, you deserve it. I love the photos and wish you the best in your upcoming years and please keep in touch. Thank you for trying to do the impossible and keep me out of trouble.
