After graduating in 1969 I have remained in Hueytown. I married Sue McLellan in 1971. We have one daughter, Genie, who also attended Hueytown High School. Genie was a Hueytown Majorette and graduated in 1998. Genie married Brian Parks and they have two children. They are Andrew Parks age 8 and Kelley Parks age 3. Yes, it is great to be a grandparent.

Hey Travis, It was great seeing you at the reunion. I think everyone had a wonderful time ... at least it seemed that way to me. We should do it more often. Hugs, Cheryl
Hey look at the pictures on my page from the reunion. there is a great one of you and Sue. Download it and use as your picture on here. she makes you look good. :) lol
I didn't stay to 2:00 am at the Wynfrey; I got in bed about that time because I was so geared up! Although...Debbie Gilbreath and I sat in my driveway and talked a while...a pretty long while. I think I was finally able to go to sleep about 4:30am or 5am. I haven't recouped yet.
YOU also know about that fog that rolls in??? I'm well acquainted with it myself. In fact, one has rolled right over me in the last hour, so if this message doesn't connect, just blame it on "the fog"!
Enjoyed seeing you and Sue. She is definitely a KEEPER, You have done well in the marriage department.
I don't know if you remember, but Sue and I were in Sunday School Class at Pleasant Ridge together. We had a wonderful class. Still miss those years there.
It was so good to see you too. You are still just the way I remembered you, one of the nicest people. Take care and hopefully we will have another reunion in 5 yrs. I have spoken to Kay Emmert, I am not sure if you remember her, but she is saying she will come to the next one.
Come on. . .Friday night is fun. A good group of us usually go to dinner afterwards and this year I think we are going to go over to Olive Garden. Come for all of it and if you are late on Saturday it won't matter. If you can get there by 8:00 on Saturday, that is when the group picture will be made. See you tomorrow!!!
