HHS Class of 1989 Twenty Year Reunion at Family Picnic at Tannehill State Park; Cocktail Mixer at Woodward Country Club

The Class of '89 will hold their 20 Year Reunion on Saturday, August 29, 2009. We will have a family picnic at Tannehill State Park that day from 10 am til Noon. We have reserved 2 covered pavilions for our event. We are also having a cocktail mixer…

Darlene was killed in a car wreck 12/88. Darlene was an amazing person. Always smiling and laughing. She dated my brother just before she died and we became very close. I still think about her often.

I married my high school sweetheart, Richard (Midfield). We've been married 16 years. We have 2 kids, Ryan 21 and Randi 14. Oh and we also have one "adopted" child, Miranda. (19). She is Ryan's girlfriend. She lives next door.
Ryan graduated from HHS in 05. He works part time and attends Jeff State. Randi will be a freshman at HHS in Aug. Randi keeps us busy,,she's such the social butterfly. Ryan is still living at home, but pretty much does his own thing.
I work for a mortgage vendor out of Florida. Which is nice, being my boss is 8 hours away. My office is at the Compass Loan Center in Green Springs. Richard works for Social Security.

How's Randi's grades in HS? Yep, this will be a fun Christmas with Katie. She was mesmerized with the Christmas tree.....she kept climbing underneath and try standing up, then get frustrated and start crying - plus pulling ornaments off the tree .....needless to say, we have baby gates all around the tree. LOL She's my into EVERYTHING baby!!! Jess wants a new cell phone (3rd one this year), a video camera, a North Face jacket, tons of cds, and clothes. Gets more expensive each year with her!!!!!

- Wow! It has been awhile since we spoke. Gunter is officially an Alabama fan. This happened after the second Tennessee loss and Alabama totally embarrassing Georgia. He even went to Knoxville wearing total crimson. His favorite part is singing the rammer jammer. It may have taken almost 16 years, but he has rejoined the family as an Alabama fan. Oh, by the way, he gets his drivers license on Wednesday. Pray for me!

Jess was in Miss HMS last night. Plus everyone's been sick with either bronchitis, ear infections, or sinus infections. ugh. How's Randi liking high school?
