I'm a senior at the University of Montevallo studying Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. I will be at Montevallo for a total of 5 years so I will graduate in May 2009. It's really not that far away!! I will be interning starting in January of 2009 at the Alabama School for the Deaf in Talladega and I plan to pursue a career in teaching there at the elementary level.
I spend a lot of time trying to be an advocate for deaf education. God has given me so many opportunities to speak before city councils, schools, civic clubs, and churches. It has truly been an amazing experience thus far.
I have been blessed with amazing family, friends, and the most wonderful boyfriend anyone could ask for. Vic and I met through a mutual friend at Montevallo last September and have pretty much been inseparable ever since.
To sum it up, I love God and in turn I love life because I live to glorify him! All the wonderful (undeserved) things he has given me testify to that fact that I serve a living, loving God who is worthy of praise!
Yeah, it's the blue sided and brick house directly across the street from Valley Creek. I know...Alex's uncle lives on Larabee and I was out there the other day and I think you were home...don't you drive a Volvo now. We're actually about to leave to go to the closing. You know we'll be hanging out.! Come over when ever you want. It'll be great to catch up.

You definitely have my prayers. We're all good; trying to get Lindsey on here, but she just won't cooperate. Tyler turned 16 last week and he hasn't been home since!
