Well the answer is simple. We have been planning this remodel since the beginning of the 4th quarter of last year. Since we don't have many conversations with YUM YUM Brands we were pretty clueless that they were also remodeling. In projects such as this you get to a point of no return. We were well past this when it was discovered TB was remodeling also. Because we are a family business and do not have the vast resources of YUM YUM it was extremely important that the remodel be as quick and concise as possible. Our contractors have assured us that the project plan is as tight as possible and we will be opening just as soon as possible. We are hoping that we can begin limited operations starting the first week in April. At least we do not have to deal with rain so I am thinking the guys will remain on schedule. We are actually allot closer than it probably looks like through the windows. The contractors are very experienced having built several well known restaurants in the Birmingham area for other companies. We are hoping that our time lines hold as they are and we will be serving soon. Please keep checking with us and check the paper. It want b e long.
