At 7:51pm on March 7, 2008, Christy Graham Stamps said…: Yes, he had a heart attack in Sept. '06. He was up on the mountain cutting firewood. Luckily it was minor. He did get airlifted to Casper, WY and stabilized. He then came to UAB in Nov. '07 for bypass surgery. He is doing great now, feeling better than he has in years. He was in really good shape, which helped his recovery immensely. I'll tell him you asked about him.
