Hey Sam!!
Good to see you on this site. I've gotten back in touch with some really good friends on here and have enjoyed chatting about the old times. Went back to FFHBC a couple of weeks ago and got to see some really good friends that I haven't seen in a very long time. I think it is time for another Good news reunion. I get together with Larraine, Debbie, Jackie, Judy and Becky often and we have fun talking about the old times......some of those include you......LOL!!!! All of it is good.
Talk to ya later......
Sheila
How funny that you have ended up in Decatur, Alabama. I am in Huntsville for 36 years. Love it here, it is home. Hope you and your family are doing well.
Sam, Man it's sure good to hear from you. I was hoping that you would be at the reunion. Robyn and I plan on being there both nights. We just went to her 40th last Saturday in Sylacauga and really enjoyed it.
I still think often about the good times that you, me, and Eddie had. I still miss him after all these years. And I smile when I think about "Ignorant Outfit", "Whooba - Whooba", Bruno's Midfield. I still think about you every time I hear the song "What's Your Name, Who's Your Daddy", remember?
Welcome Sam....What a nice surprise to see you here...Hope the family is well... several of the ole' bunch are on here....
We are living a very blessed life....don't know if you heard but my oldest son was involved in an automobile accident in March...to make a long story short, he should have been dead at the scene..but our Lord saw it different...his heart was ruptured along with other problems...after a long stay in TICU..he is now back to a somewhat normal life...a walking miracle.
My brother Tommy had a kidney transplant in April and is doing great...we have spent way too much time at UAB in B'ham, but that's ok....everyone is still with us....and we made some wonderful friends thru it all.
Sorry, didn't mean to write a book....it's just so good to have the chance to touch base....
Get some pics of the family up....
Love you, Dren
