About Me:

I graduated from HHS in 1969 and have wonderful memories of my high school years. I am married to Nick (26 years) and have one son (Brandon Cagle HHS 1993), a beautiful daughter-in-law (Jamie Layton Cagle HHS 1995), and two perfect granddaughters who are the light of my life! I work with law enforcement in Huntsville and Decatur to help crime victims, and my job is primarily crisis intervention. I am also the Mental Health Officer for Morgan County. I still love going to work (most days), and the people I work with are heroes in every sense of the word.

This picture is from the family archives....you know one of those that turned out better than you ever hoped! This one is 8 or 9 years old. Both my sons are truly grown men now. Cameron (39 & on the right) married just 16 mos ago! Lisa had a son Caleb (12). So...I now have a grandson!!!! I am thrilled and loving it. Cuyler (27) will celebrate the 20th year of being cancer free since his surgery and radiation for a brain tumor. He lives in Auburn with us. He works at the hospital, has a business caring for pets and houses, and still goes to college. Larry and I are well. I will finish my 35th year of teaching HS English this year and will be coming back for more. Life is truly good. I treasure my HHS friends and memories and hope to see ya'll this year. P.S. Thanks for the tunes!! My students are loving 'em! Hugs from Marnie!
