6/23/08...I graduated HHS C/O 1983. I married my husband, Brian, 9/28/84, spent 20 years travelling with him in the U.S. Army (he retired 11/1/04), and managed to have four children. The picture above is when we renewed our vows to celebrate 20 years of marriage on 9/25/04. I've been working for AT&T (formerly BellSouth) for 10 years and my husband has begun his second career as a computer analyst for the state of Tennessee. Most importantly, I'm in a relationship with the love of my life...JC...that's right, Jesus Christ.
My children:
LaToya (27..the baby I had in high school)...graduated high school in 1999 & college in 2003...also works for AT&T and bought her first brand new home in October 2007.
Brian Jr. (23)...graduated high school a year early in 2002 at the age of 16 (almost 17) & college at the age of 20 (almost 21)...smart as a whip and going to make someone a very good husband one day.
Brittany (21)...graduated high school in 2005, will be a senior in the fall at a private film school...this is the child that I knew would NOT have an ordinary career...would follow her heart and take risks...would live out her dream...and her dream hasn't changed.
Darius (16...almost 17)...will be a high school senior in the fall (C/O '09) and plans to attend a local university. He's not sure yet what he wants to do, but I'm sure he'll do it well.
And one precious granddaughter Amiya (2). Grandparenthood is the B-E-S-T!
your family is beautiful all you guys where smart you had your children young. we spaced mine 4-5 years apart except for the last two cause we were getting to old to keep doing this LOL. but I guess our last two boys will be pushing Anthony and I around in a wheel chair by the time they finish high school cause we will be in our early 60's by the time they finish high school. (crazy right). Anthony often ask me what in the world were we thinking and I have concluded we were not thinking at all. But I would not trade them for nothing in the world.
