In the early to mid 60's it was Super Sandwich Shop on Bessemer Super and then it was Jack's when it was between 18th & 19th Streets on Bessemer Super Hwy where Walgreens is now.

I don't believer there were any parking lots in Hueytown in the 50's. we always hung out on the Bess super highway. always thought we were so grown up when someone's older brother would take us up there after a game.

REMEMBER ETHERIDGE SERVICE STATION AT THE "Y" IN HUEYTOWN. A BUNCH OF US WOULD STOP BY AFTER A DATE TO VISIT AND CARRY ON.

Does it have to be a Hueytown parking lot? In'63-'66 we hung out in Jack's parking lot when it was on the Super Highway between 18th and 19th Street, about where Walgreen's is today.

Back in the late 70's the trend was customized vans; do you remember the star wars van as well as many others?

PASQUALES WAS THE PLACE IN 78-79......THEN THERE WAS THE GAS STATION IN FRONT OF SKATELAND.....
