I agree with you Cheryl, being in drama with Judy Stevens gave me a lot of confidence that I would not have had. I wasn't the best one in the club, but I loved every moment of it. I would have never been able to stand up in front of a crowd to speak or teach if I had not spent 2 years with her. Love ya Mrs. Stevens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember Miss Deason? Some of my best memories of Pittman were from her class.

We actually had a drama class. Mr. Patterson taught us as well as doing the year book. So, I had him for both classes my senior year. Glad we got along ok!

Mrs. Stevens was great. We all had such fun together. Our 9th grade Drama class went to New York and Washington DC together. That was an opportunity of a lifetime. I'll find some pics and post them on here. Judy was an exceptional teacher!! We took Debate the 2nd half of the year and I learned a great deal in there. I used that knowledge to help me in student gov't at UAB. I forget her name???...She was studying to be a lawyer. Does anyone remember her name?

Judy Stevens was one of the most influintial peole I ever had the priviledge and honor of knowing! I learned more in her english class and drama class than probably all of my other classes combined... especially about "life lessons" I am so glad I was able to be a part of the drama club. It's another one of those things that help shape the person I am today.
